Sony DVD handycam disk error (Step by step recovery)

This is a small tutorial to recover your sony handycam from error 13:02

Things you will need - * Microfibre cloth (sun glass cleaning cloth)
                                     * Water (optional)

Step 1

Clean your DVD and try re-booting the camera.

Step 2

If it doesn't work,  reset your camera (use the reset button).

Step 3

Still doesn't work, then open your DVD cover and try cleaning your lens gently (As this is little bit risky you must try this at your own risk).
